The Wilshire, a freehold development at Farrer Road, has been sold en bloc to a subsidiary company belonging Tong Eng Group and Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited. The site area of the District 10 project is 39,130 square feet. The collective sale price was $98.8 million, which translates to a land rate of $1,536 psf per plot ratio (ppr).
